Royal Mail: We have temporarily removed all Royal Mail service options due to the difficulty in arranging collections during lockdown.
All UPS deliveries are arranged with carbon offsetting.
UPS Access Points: Please bear in mind that with the wider coverage of UPS 'Access Points' (parcel collection points in shops and garages across the UK) it has become more common for UPS to deliver to these after a failed delivery attempt, for you to collect from during the opening hours of the collection point. Be aware that sometimes (especially in rural areas) they may only try to deliver to your address once before then delivering to an access point if one is available nearby. Often these locations are shops with late opening which may be more convenient for many people, but if you require that your parcel is always kept with the courier and repeated attempts made to your address only then please be sure to contact us before ordering.
Delivery prices are calculated within the online shopping basket and are based on a combination of the total size, weight and value of the items in the order, including some allowance for the mass of packaging. To see which options are available add the items you wish to buy to the basket and press the 'Select Delivery Method' button, then select your shipping country and a list of available delivery options will be shown (be aware that for some order weight/size combinations there may not be an option offered, if this is the case please contact us with your order and delivery address details to arrange a customised solution). We reserve the right to use a different carrier to that requested but only if the alternative method is at least as fast (usually faster) and includes the same insurance cover.
Please pay attention to any status messages on the website which will notify you if there are delays to order processing. When your order is dispatched we will send a notification email, which will include a tracking number if one is available for your selected service.

In the rare case that a parcel is lost in transit we will work with the delivery company to track it down and if it still cannot be found we will claim for the loss. It is strongly recommended that for higher-value orders you select a method which is fully tracked, such as UPS (Next-day and International) or International Parcel, this will mean you can closely follow any delays and will make it much less likely for the parcel to be lost. Royal Mail International Track & Sign is unfortunately not a fully tracked service, despite the name, and only provides a an approximate indication of major transit events.
