ORDERING & SHIPPING

Delivery Information

Most online orders are dispatched within one working day of payment receipt.
Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery options, or if you need to arrange an order for delivery on a particular date/time, including Saturday deliveries.

Since the UK left the European Union, we can only accept orders for delivery to EU addresses from commercial customers, and not from individuals.
We have temporarily removed delivery to EU and other international addresses from the online checkout, please contact us with the items that you wish to order if you are ordering to such an address.

UK Delivery Pricing

Delivery prices are calculated at the checkout stage and are based on the combined mass of the items selected, including some allowance for the mass of packaging. For some order size and delivery location combinations there may not be an option offered, please contact us to arrange a customised solution.

International & EU Orders

EU orders are available for commercial customers only (post-Brexit requirement). International delivery is not currently available via the online checkout, please contact us directly with the items you wish to order.

Tracking & Dispatch Notices

When your order is dispatched we will send a notification email, which will include a tracking number if one is available for your selected service. Pay attention to any status messages on the website for delays to order processing.

Our primary delivery provider is UPS. All of our deliveries with UPS are arranged with carbon offsetting, via their SGS and Natural Capital Partners assessed scheme.

UPS Access Points: Please bear in mind that with the wider coverage of UPS 'Access Points' (parcel collection points in shops and garages across the UK) it has become more common for UPS to deliver to these after a failed delivery attempt, for you to collect from during the opening hours of the collection point. Be aware that on rare occasions (though more-likely in rural/remote areas) they may only try to deliver to your address once before then delivering to an access point if one is available nearby. Often these locations are shops with late opening which may be more convenient for many people, but if you require that your parcel is always kept with the courier and repeated attempts made to your address only then please be sure to contact us before ordering.

We reserve the right to use a different carrier to that requested but only if the alternative method is at least as fast (usually faster) and includes the equivalent (or better) insurance cover.
