This is a high quality moulded 2.1x5.5mm Female DC connector (socket, 7mm deep) combined with an 18AWG (1mm²) dual core PVC insulated cable (overall length including connector 300mm), with bare tinned lead ends (Red & Black, with Red connected to the centre of the connector). 

The overall (connector & cable) current rating is up-to 7A continuous, up-to 10A peak (<10s). The cable is UL2446 standard, and the black round outer insulation has a 4.1mm diameter.

This cable is compatible with our 24V 4A and our 12V 8A power supplies.
